Custom Orders
Thank you for your interest in placing a custom order with Fate & Folly! We are excited to help create a product that is uniquely you. All of our products are created with solid cherry or maple wood (depending on the product type) and laser engraved with our own custom designs. We can create many types of trays, bookmarks, and keychains. Check out our custom product photo gallery as well as our current product listings for inspiration!

Custom Engraved Wood Product Order Process
- Submit a custom order inquiry (either via our online form or email).
- Please provide as many details as possible (e.g. type of product, description of requested graphic design, quantity, etc.).
- You will receive a purchase order for review within 1-3 business days of submitting the custom order inquiry.
- We determine pricing based on the complexity/uniqueness of the design and production process. You may use the chart below as a general guide for pricing, but please note that these are estimates and final pricing is determined by our team per the needs of each request.
- Once you have reviewed and approved the purchase order, you may complete payment via a checkout link that will be provided via email.
- Upon receipt of payment, we will begin the design process. Within 5-7 business days of payment, you will receive a design proof for review and approval.
- If you have questions or requests upon review, please let us know! We want to create something you love, so we’re happy to make minor edits and revisions as needed.
- Once we have received design approval, we will begin production of your custom order! The time to complete production greatly depends on the complexity of the product as well as the requested quantity, but, as a general guide, smaller orders may be completed within 3-5 business days, while larger orders may be completed within 1-2 weeks.
- Once the production of your order is complete, we will ship it to you via the method chosen by you at the time of payment.
Custom Order Fee Guidelines
Custom orders will typically have a flat design/production fee added to the cost per product. Please use the guide below to help estimate the potential fee for your custom order
